Nothing should hold a woman back from following her business dreams. On Women's Day, Flipkart, India's largest e-commerce website, set out to let women know that the business world needs her. Flipkart pledges to bridge the gender gap in business. With this video, we wanted to give women the impetus to follow their passion and explore their dreams, whatever it is, however big or small it is.
